McDonald's Reviews

I loved the veggie wrap from the menu. I sometimes especially went to McDonald's for that meal. Unfortunately this meal was taken out of the menu.
Now the only wegetarian option is McPlant. Only one option and sugar, sugar, sugar. I used to respect McDonald's for promoting meatless meals but they don't do it anymore.
So there's no point for me to go back there.

The same order i get in my local McDonalds was not available here which was disappointing. The staff kept telling me I needed to scan something. When I eventually showed them I could order the said meal for delivery again they told me I needed to scan something and to see a manager.

Top part of a Big Mac missing!!!!
We ordered a few items yesterday on drive through. Came back home to eat them and when I opened the box with Big Mac there was top bun missing. We live quite a distance from McDonald's Tralee so we didn't want to waste our time coming back as other food we ordered would be cold by the time so I ate that Big Mac but it is unacceptable. How the staff could pack a Big Mac without a top bun do the box and serve it to the customer is just unbelievable!

McDonald’s Tralee was a mixed bag. About 10-15 youths took over one side, acting unruly and intimidating—only 2-3 ordered, but they grabbed cleaning supplies until the manager stepped in twice. Everyone else avoided the area. Food was fresh and warm, though. Now I get why it's mainly drive-thru—I won't eat inside again. Cash and card accepted

Quality and taste of food is the same if compared to other countries. Although their Flake McFlurry isn’t really a McFlurry! It’s just a soft serve vanilla ice cream topped with Cadbury flake. McFlurry’s are usually mixed/blended in other countries so I expected it to be the same. Nonetheless, cleanliness, service and staff are great!
